1. ANKLE SPRAIN:
An ankle sprain is an injury to one or more ligaments attached to the ankle joints. Ankle sprain results from a direct fall, a sudden twist or direct blow that forces the ankle joint out of its normal position. It is the most common injury during sports activities like jumping, running, etc.

2. HAMSTRING STRAIN:
Hamstring strain is a common injury in athletes. Hamstring strain occurs if any of the muscles or tendons got stretched beyond their normal limits. It occurs due to the movements include lunging, jumping, etc.

3. ACL TEAR:
ACL tear is a sprain of the anterior cruciate ligament in your knees. It occurs due to sudden changes in direction, jumping during sports activities like football, basketball, soccer, etc.

4. Runner’s Knee:
It refers to repetitive strain injuries of the knee either iliotibial band syndrome or patellofemoral syndrome. It is caused due to overuse like bending of the knee again and again (lunges, plyometrics), a direct hit to the knee, weak or unbalanced thigh muscles.

5. MCL TEAR:
MCL injury is a sprain to the medial collateral ligament in your knee. MCL tear can be due to bending, twisting or quick change in your direction during the sporting activity.
